The main design feature of panel houses is such that all the interior walls in them are carrying or conditionally carrying. That is why, when a redevelopment is carried out in such a house – coordination becomes a complex and requiring special solution to the task. This issue is complicated by the location of heating devices, since in most panel houses they are simply built into the wall. Violation of the integrity of the bearing walls can cause the destruction of the entire house, the collapse of the ceilings or violations of heat supply systems.
There may be a wall that is unnecessary in a panel house that separates the room from the corridor or located between the toilet of the bathroom and the kitchen. The definition of what exactly is the wall is nothing complicated: the wall without loads will be thinner than 14 cm and it is made most often from drywall.

The finished project is agreed in the housing inspectorate, while all changes in the projects of the apartments that are located on the lower floors of the house are taken into account. The implementation of the project may be refused if the integrity of the load -bearing walls has already been violated in the apartments below. You can proceed to construction work only after a positive decision has been received.
All work related to the redevelopment of apartments must be carried out under the supervision of a representative of the design organization. It is worth noting that the use of pneumatic equipment, the use of which can cause cracks in the formation of cracks, is prohibited.
