The happy owner of the apartment in a new building is usually puzzled by the need to repair in it. The volume of work is determined by the degree of readiness of the apartment and, of course, the requirements that you are presenting to the result. Another feature of the repair in a new building is the technological shrinkage of the building, so you have to wait either a couple of years while it occurs, or entrust the repair to professionals who carry out apartments in new buildings: they will be able to choose the right materials and technologies of finishing work. With any volume of expected work, it is first necessary to draw up their plan, if necessary – a project, determine the estimate and purchase the necessary materials. Repair work must end in cleaning the premises and the removal of construction waste. Having decided on the necessary list of work, you can find out how much repairs are in a new building.
Consider the types of repair work in a new building.
1. You have purchased an apartment with a free layout, in which there are inter -apartment partitions, the entrance door, filling the window openings, the natural exhaust ventilation channel, the input of electricity and risers of heating, water supply, sewage and gas (if provided). You have a full amount of repair work, including:
– development of a project (including heating projects, an apartment of electric networks, etc. D.) and its approval in the relevant authorities;
– the construction of interior partitions, the installation of interior doors, if necessary, you can reinstall the windows;
– Installation of electrical wiring, installation of plumbing equipment, heating devices, installation of air conditioning systems, mechanical ventilation (if provided for by your project), etc. D.;
– interior decoration of walls and ceilings, tile installation, flooring;
– Installation of electrical lighting devices and others.
2. In your purchased apartment there are interior partitions, but there is completely no interior decoration.
– If you want to redevelop, then the analysis of the existing interior partitions will be added to the above list of work.
– If the redevelopment is not required, then from the work specified in P.1 excludes the first two subparagraphs.
3. You purchased an apartment with an interior decoration. In this case, cosmetic repair of walls may be required, or the reinstallation of any plumbing or other equipment. The volume and list of work is determined by the wishes of the customer. The necessary work on the dismantling and preparation of the surfaces of the walls and ceilings for painting is added to the above work.
