In the construction of a country house, many materials are used that provide waterproofing. These materials are used for foundation and roofing, as well as in finishing work.
To ensure waterproofing, a drain system is also used. Its main task is to remove rain and melt water from the roof. Structurally, it consists of guide gutters, spilling pipes and devices for fastening the system and its individual parts to the walls and roofs. For the manufacture of drainage systems, ICOPAL material is used, which consists of steel covered with a special waterproof coating made of polymeric materials.
Such a system is arranged around the perimeter of the roof. Swallows are attached directly to the power elements of the roof using brackets. In the corners of the gutter are interconnected using internal or external angles. Through a special groove with a removal, water enters drainage pipes. They are fixed to the wall of the house using fixers (clamps) or in another way. At the end of the pipe, a spillway is mounted.
The main task of this system is to prevent water from getting on the walls and on the ground located near the house. In order for water not to be absorbed into the ground, it is necessary to equip a watering system directly near the foundation. It can be made in the form of a concrete gutter or dug -up steel plums. Rain or melt water falling into it can be diverted into a sewage system or a drainage system that is busy withdrawing excess moisture from the land plot.
