In July this year, AvtoVAZ sent to Europe the first 20 Lada Granta cars. The first countries that received cars were Germany and the Czech Republic. At the end of the year, it is also planned to begin the supply of a new version of Lada Kalina. It is assumed that deliveries will also be made to Bulgaria, Spain, Serbia, Baltic and other countries.
Lada Granta who has gone abroad is collected according to the EUROLOLIC Ecology standard. The equipment includes a system of anti -blocking brakes, emergency braking systems and course stability, as well as airbags. Without compliance with these norms, trying to bring the car to the European market would be pointless. The price of the car is still unknown, but most likely it will be slightly higher than the Russian, in connection with the implementation of European standards during assembly.
It is not known whether the car will become well sold in European countries. Sales of Lada Kalina in Germany began last year, and forty -four cars were sold in ten months. While Lamborghini cars were sold in the amount of 36 cars. By the number of sales, it was possible to bypass such brands as Aston Martin DB9, Rolls-Royce Phantom, Subaru Brz and some others.
The most successful car sold abroad was Lada Niva, due to its price of 11 thousand euros. In Germany, Niva was sold under the name Niva Taiga. For such a price, another SUV with such cross -country ability is impossible to buy. And the cross -countryel of the Niva car is excellent. The configuration also included a system of anti -blocking braking, an electric steering wheel amplifier. Wipers were improved, and crankcase and thresholds received steel protection.
AvtoVAZ has been supplying its cars to the countries of the near abroad for a long time. Cars are for sale to Azerbaijan, Armenia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan.
AvtoVAZ sales in our country are currently decreased. The plant is not worried about the easiest period, for the first half of the year it was sold by 11.3% less cars than in the same period last year. Perhaps export supplies will help the automaker cope with the crisis.
