Offices in the capital of Russia are very expensive. And this is not only regarding other cities of Russia – this is regarding other cities of Europe. In fact, it was easy to assume. In the ranking of cities, the most expensive for living, Moscow took second place. Immediately after the capital of England – London.
Immediately after this wonderful city of Great Britain, Moscow was located in the ranking compiled by analysts in August 2013. Rating covers cities in which the most expensive offices in Europe. Moscow is in second place. Think, renting an office in Ivanovo is much cheaper than Moscow, there is a reason to think about where it is better to open a business.
So, London in the first place, Moscow – in the second, who is on the third? And in third place Geneva, which is also not surprising. It is in these three cities that the greatest concentration of businessmen and business activity, which is not at all a characteristic feature for many other European cities. So real estate prices in these three commercial giants are very justified.
And what next? In fourth place, the romantic capital of the world – Paris, in fifth place Zurich, sixth place was taken by Stockholm, the seventh – Oslo. Another capital of the world is located on the eighth line, only the capital of fashion is Milan. Ninth place – Frankfurt, ninth – Helsinki.
The second ten is less interesting for statistics, but you can still mention the cities of this dozen. So, this is: Helsinki, Madrid, Munich, Amsterdam, Hamburg, Edinburgh, Warsaw, Dublin, Vienna and Brussels.
