Nevertheless, there is a small minus – as a rule, the cost of such materials is high, but, as can be seen from practice, saving on materials is not only criminal, but also unfavorable – to redo work on the complaint will cost much more.
And even with the best materials in quality, work can be spoiled if non -professionals are engaged in business. Working with such materials requires strict compliance with the technology, a certain temperature, humidity and other parameters. When the repaired body was prepared for coloring, another specialist begins to work, who is called the colorist in car services. Its main task is to, based on the original formula of paint, create a color composition taking into account aging, “burnout” of the paint of the car itself. First, the original formula is taken, then the color components taken in strictly measured quantities up to tenths of the gram are mixed, then a trial test-soda is performed and it is decided whether this color is suitable or not.
If the color is not the one that I would like to receive, a driving is carried out, t. e. Color components are added, the test-sip is repeated. In some cases, it is required to produce more than a dozen tests to get the desired color. If the color of the painted part does not correspond to the color of the rest of the body, then this indicates either the unprofessionalism of the colorist or the absence of effort.
As can be seen from practice, you can get any even the most difficult paint, sometimes this requires more than one day of work. But then, what a pleasure to look at the just painted part, which differs from the rest of the body exclusively freshness and brilliance of varnish coating.
