A modern approach to organizing the city’s space is the development of its underground space. A constant increase in the population of cities is a factor causing most of the problems of megacities: social, transport and environmental. It is because of this that the development of underground infrastructure acquires more and more demand around the world: new metro stations, parking, transport tunnels and transitions are opened. Scientific achievements in the field of testless technologies help to look differently at the laying of engineering communication: aimed horizontal drilling, microneling and other methods in most cases are more profitable, unlike traditional trenches, and sometimes completely indispensable if we are talking about the development of already built-up areas. Archives and warehouses, industry zones, shopping complexes, recreation centers and leisure centers are increasingly located underground, while leaving the surface under green stands and public territories to ensure maximum functionality and high level of comfort of people. A suddenly aggravated situation with the transport traffic in the city and a decrease in territories free from the development of territories, makes urgent measures to take measures and the execution of assigned tasks regarding the development of underground space. A separate position is assigned to further development in the metropolis of the social type of transport, where the main metro is pedestrian messages with it. The main problems of the domestic metro can include the following: 1. Low density of the metro lines with high intensity of operation; 2. Existing transport tunnels are not able to satisfy the needs of the city. More than half of the transport relations are in constant overload mode.3. The location of underground pedestrian crossings less than half is provided by the metropolis. The power of large cities should eliminate existing problems in order to get to people easier for work, home and other things. After all, the development of infrastructure sets itself for the goal of facilitating and improving the quality of life of urban residents.
