Various tab technologies allow you to build tape foundations, both under heavy buildings and under light houses from a beam. It is recommended to lay such a foundation both under the supporting walls of the house, and under its individual parts, for example, a veranda or porch. In this case, you can be sure that they will not “break away” from the main structure, as can happen if the column foundation can happen.
