There are several types of foundation on which, as a rule, they build houses from the beam. Columnar foundations are widely used. The most reliable is the version of the “Rosterk on the Pillars”. This method has proven itself on loose, subject to significant soils. The stiffness and reliability of the structure is ensured by deepening the piles to the solid layer of soil. In addition, they are reliably fastened with each other by reinforced concrete tape in the aboveground part. A pile foundation can be attributed to a variety of column foundation. Piles made by a special method from pipes, reinforcement and concrete are inserted into the holes made in the ground with a brown. Such a foundation cannot be applicable on unstable soils, since each pile, by and large, “walks on its own”.Plaet foundation – ideal for soils with a high level of groundwater. The reinforced concrete slab on which the building rests, provides sufficient stability, structures, since it is not afraid of horizontal or vertical movements. It should be noted that such a technology is not cheap. It requires significant consumption of reinforcement and concrete. Ribbon foundations are relatively non -expensive and rather reliable. The technology is based on a horizontal hard frame, which redistributes deformation of the base. Various tab technologies allow you to build tape foundations, both under heavy buildings and under light houses from a beam. It is recommended to lay such a foundation both under the supporting walls of the house, and under its individual parts, for example, a veranda or porch. In this case, you can be sure that they will not “break away” from the main structure, as can happen if the column foundation can happen.
