Diesel fuel remains especially in demand in the fuel and lubricants market, engines in which it is used much more powerful compared to gasoline. In addition, the cost of diesel fuel is cheaper than gasoline, so almost all types of special, agricultural and military equipment are equipped with diesel engines. This type of fuel is necessary for water, railway transport, city buses and some cars.
Types of diesel fuel
Diesel fuel is also used in transformers, heating systems and electricity generators. There are several of its types intended for use and storage in different conditions. Summer diesel fuel has labeling “l”, it can be used at the surrounding temperature up to 00C, winter, respectively, below 0, there are two subspecies – for use up to – 250C and up to 350C. Urban ecological diesel fuel is used in buses and passenger vehicles, it has a reduced sulfur content and other substances harmful to the environment. In the manufacture of this type of fuel, a complex of antidium additives is used. Arctic diesel fuel is used to refuel special equipment operating in the Far North, it can work at temperatures up to -500C.
An increase in environmental requirements for all types of liquid fuel leads to a reduction in the production of fuel with a high sulfur content. In this regard, in GOST 305, in accordance with which diesel fuel of various brands is produced, some changes were made, so the sixth amendment to it denotes diesel fuel containing 0.5% sulfur as domestic – stove and intended for use in sea transport engines. Combustible containing more than 0.2% is allowed to use in engines of agricultural and off -road equipment. Diesel fuel containing a large number of sulfur compounds is used in heaters and transformers.
In accordance with GOST 305, a new type of diesel fuel is produced, the sulfur content in it is not higher than 0.05%, it has a lubricant of 460 microns, make this type of fuel using anti -symbolic additives.
It is possible to acquire diesel fuel of all types and brands in large volumes from organizations of trading fuel and lubricants on a self -expense or with delivery, the cost often depends on the volumes and conditions of delivery.
